over 15 years, George Kaponay is now putting these skills to good use to deliver information and projects vital to the transformation
of our awareness and the bringing together of all on our planet. Co-Founding CrystalSpirit in September 2008 was a convergence
of paths. Over the course of delivering CrystalSpirit Workshops on the energetic principals of our interconnected nature,
Kaponay and his family realized that there was a pressing need to dedicate all their efforts in service of all humankind and
everything living on our planet. This inspiration led to the Custodianship of the information that began a journey to the

is neither a new barter system nor an alternative way to measure value. EnergeticXChange is a new model of exchange-dynamics
that goes beyond the financial-driven values that current economic systems have imposed. It works in the knowledge that
all needs are valid and are equal in value, given that all offers will find their corresponding needs, irrespective
of their ‘perceived value’. It is the understanding that the real value is in the human connection and the role

which we have created a value system, based on the principal of exchange of any currency, on a direct one for one exchange,
specifically seeks to leave behind all those who do not have the required exchange amount. With the creation of EnergeticXChange,
this is no longer required. We can in effect have all that we need and it no longer requires us to have an amount that does
not fit with the natural order of the universe. The universe has an order where every value has a corresponding value waiting
